It’s truly rare in this day of poor customer service to find service of this quality! They took down 8 large birch trees located next to the home and utilities efficiently. Everything was done as requested and they made sure that the yard was cleaned up before leaving. We needed a service to cut down approximately 20 birch trees and a couple of cottonwood trees. Most of the trees were very close to the house, so I didn’t want to tackle it myself. I sent an online quote, and Mike replied the same day. He came the next day and gave me a quote, which we accepted. Four days later, I received a call that they would come on Saturday to do the work. The crew showed up in the morning, and everything was done as promised. We couldn’t be happier with the scheduling, communication, and the final work done in a professional manner. I must say there is a cost for the service, but I’d rather have a professional crew do the work than deal with long waits, false promises, and poor results. They promptly showed up and seamlessly worked for over an hour to clear trees we lost due to high winds this winter. They were accommodating (I wanted to keep certain branches for sentimental sake), fast, thorough, and they cleaned up the leftover branches and debris. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
